A big part of our design process is to conduct UX Research. As you’re well aware, research is an integral part of any design undertaking. In fact, the research phase is the heart and soul of a project.
By implementing various research methods, like competitive analysis, user research, and UX research, we are able to gain valuable insights into users’ needs, behavior, and motivations.
At this point of our UX design process, we want to connect with users to understand their decision making process, What drives them to continue using your product – or stop using it?
We will test, identify and explore unique opportunities through in-depth analysis of your product through:
- Stakeholder interviews
- User research
- Competitors analysis
- Usability Testing
- Analytics
- Expert Reviews
In the end of the process, you will receive a Usability Testing Report, a key document that allows you to gain insight into your users expectations and frustrations, in order to evaluate your product success.
